'The Beer' is done. This is the second batch from the Luna Brewery. This beer was specially crafted for a certain James Douglas Boling. The brew that now awaits his arrival in our fair city is the culmination of 4 weeks worth of work. I guess I enjoyed doing it, so I can't call it work. Collin aided in the bottling process which is labor intensive in and of itself.
So Doug, this brew is for you. Can't wait til you're here. It'll be ready in one week's time (but gets better then peaks in 2 months, so no rush).
