Brew going well.....

Woke up this morning and I could hear the carboy bubbling from my bedroom...I went to check on it just in case it had done something bad....it hadn't.

It was bubbling beautifully and the closet smelled amazing, a perfect mixture of sweet malty front and aromatic hops on the backside. I wonder if the beer will taste as good as it smells. I think it's going to be REALLY hoppy. OH well, that's why its an experiment. A 5 gallon, 48 bottle yielding experiment. If it ends up badly perhaps someone will end up looking like this guy.
It's actually possible that it'll turn out good and then hopefully we can end up looking like that guy too....
