I have no idea how I happened upon such a website and it is far beyond me if anyone else has ever visited and spent as much time as I have there.
For those of you who have been dying to know, here is a practical guide to Gentleman's etiquette in the 19th century. Now, I know what you're thinking...."Ian, WTF?!".
To that, my only response is to look at this. That is humor at it's most eloquent and absurd. I thoroughly enjoyed that...thank you Samuel Clemmons.
