Guess what?

We found a house, and are starting the packing process. We will close
on the condo on the 29th and hopefully the house the same day. The
house is located in north northgate at 127th and 6th ave. It's a three
bedroom 1 bath with 1600 sq ft on a 1/4 acre of land.

Yes, we did get into a fixed rate loan, and the rate is even good
(6.5%) we've got so much space, we could rent out a room, which we
might do for collin, who is jobless and needs to get out of his
apartment.

Anyways, I'll try and send along some photos soon. Ailisa is going
there tomorrow to do the inspection and will take some pictures then.
Ok. I've got to get back to packing so we can go to bed.
